We're Ryan and Casey — Superhosts on Airbnb (4.96 stars, 46 reviews and counting), and full-time custodians of a small handful of vacation properties we've spent years getting right.

Let's Flamingle started with a simple frustration: most family vacation rentals are either kid-perfect or adult-perfect, rarely both. So we built one that works for the whole crew. The pool is heated for the parents. The arcade is real for the kids. The fire pit works for everyone. The Nespresso machine works for whoever's up first.

Every detail you'll find in the house — the under-desk treadmill in the bedroom, the Wifi Porter on the counter, the LED neon sign in the game room, the BABYBJORN crib stocked for travelers with babies — is the result of an actual real-world question we asked ourselves: what would have made our last vacation just a little better?

We're still hosts on Airbnb and we'll keep being hosts on Airbnb. But this site exists because some guests prefer to book direct — and we'd rather pass those savings to you than to a platform.
