Book direct

Skip the middleman.

Same Superhost team. Same property. Same protections. No platform service fees — which means more of your travel budget actually pays for the trip.

Why book direct?

No service fees

Booking platforms charge guests a service fee that often runs 14% of the total. Booking direct cuts that out. The savings on a typical week-long stay run into the hundreds.

Direct line to your hosts

Questions before, during, or after your stay go straight to Ryan and Casey — no platform inbox to navigate, no support ticket queue.

Same trust, same guarantee

Verified availability synced from the same calendar. Secure payment processing. The same 4.96-star Superhost team that earned 46 reviews on Airbnb.

How it works

From "checking dates" to "in the pool" — four steps.

The booking experience is designed to feel as straightforward as the major platforms, minus the platform fees.

  1. 1

    Check dates

Real-time availability calendar. Total pricing shown upfront — no surprise fees stacked on at checkout. No "request to book" or 24-hour host wait.

  2. 2

    Reserve securely

Payment processed by Stripe — the same checkout layer used by millions of businesses globally. Bank-grade encryption. Your card details never touch our servers.

  3. 3

    Instant confirmation

Confirmation email arrives in seconds with your full booking details, receipt, and the host's contact info. The reservation is yours immediately.

  4. 4

    Check-in details, 3 days out

Three days before arrival, your unique door code, WiFi credentials, and parking instructions land in your inbox. Self check-in any time after 4 PM.

Our commitment

The direct booking guarantee.

We've been Superhosts on Airbnb for years and we treat direct bookings to the exact same standard.

Same Superhost team

Ryan & Casey personally — the same hosts behind our 4.96-star, 46-review Airbnb track record. We answer messages ourselves, usually within an hour.

24-hour response promise

Pre-stay, during, and post-stay questions answered within a day. In practice it's almost always within the hour. Real people, not a support ticket queue.

Bank-grade payment security

Stripe and Hospitable handle your payment with end-to-end encryption — the same systems used by major e-commerce. We never see or store your card information.

No platform service fees

What would have been a 14% Airbnb fee stays in your travel budget. On a week-long stay that's typically $200–$500 — enough to cover a really nice dinner out, or two.

Booking FAQ

Questions about the booking process.

For questions about the property or your stay itself, see our general FAQ.

Is my payment secure when I book direct?

Yes. Payment is processed by Hospitable and Stripe — two of the most established names in online vacation rental payments, handling billions of dollars in transactions globally. Card details are protected by bank-grade encryption and never touch our servers or anyone else's outside the payment processor.

What is the cancellation policy?

Exact cancellation terms are displayed in the booking widget before you submit your reservation, so you can review them in detail before committing. They're aligned with our Airbnb policy. If you have a specific situation that needs flexibility, message us before booking — as Superhosts, we work with guests when life throws a curveball.

When do I receive my check-in instructions?

Three days before your arrival, you'll receive an email with your unique door code, WiFi credentials, parking details, and a personal welcome. The smart lock code changes between guests — yours is set up specifically for the dates of your stay.

Do you require a security deposit?

You'll see the exact terms in the booking widget before you submit, including any hold or deposit amount. Hospitable handles this on our behalf, so there are no surprise charges after the fact. Everything is disclosed upfront at checkout.

How is direct booking different from Airbnb?

Same property, same Superhost team, same protections. The difference is the platform service fee — Airbnb charges guests an average of 14% on top of the nightly rate. By booking direct, that money stays in your pocket. On a typical week-long Florida vacation, that's $200–$500 in savings. The booking experience itself is otherwise identical: real-time calendar, instant confirmation, secure payment.
