How many guests can stay at Let's Flamingle?
The home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests across three bedrooms with five beds: a king in the master, two queens in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third. Linens, towels, and a BABYBJORN travel crib are all provided.
Is the pool actually heated year-round?
Yes — and pool heating is included in your stay at no extra charge. The heater holds the water temperature at 86°F throughout your stay. In extremely cold ambient weather the heater may not reach the highest settings, so water temperature is not guaranteed, but for the vast majority of Florida winter days the pool is comfortable.
How close is the property to Anna Maria Island?
About 7.2 miles. You're equidistant to Bradenton Beach (south end) and Holmes Beach (center) — under fifteen minutes by car to either. Cortez Beach, Manatee Public Beach, and Coquina Beach are all on the island.
How close is Let's Flamingle to IMG Academy?
Three miles — under ten minutes by car. The home is a popular base for families visiting students, attending tournaments, or doing short-term training stints.
What's included with the rental?
Heated pool access (heating included at no extra charge), full arcade with NBA Jam and Ms. Pac-Man, putting green, fire pit, propane BBQ with propane included, Nespresso coffee bar with starter pods, Ninja SLUSHi machine, 1GB fiber WiFi, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer with detergent, premium bath products, and pool toys.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM EST via a smart lock with an electronic keypad. A unique code is sent to you via email a few days before arrival. There's no front-desk wait and no key handoff — you can arrive on your own schedule any time after 4:00 PM.
What time is checkout?
Checkout is at 10:00 AM EST. Before leaving, please load the dishwasher and run it with the supplied pod, gather used towels near the washer in the garage, and lock the door behind you. Late checkout may be available for a small fee — message us in advance.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. The home is in a residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance. Quiet hours apply after 11:00 PM, and parties or events are not permitted. Violations of the city noise ordinance can result in fines to the renter.
How many cars can park at the property?
Up to four vehicles on the paved driveway and adjacent gravel area. RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted to park in front of the property except for temporary loading and unloading.
